Once you let us know that you want to use Funnel.io (send email to: support@adtriba.com), we'll prepare the connection between both tools and we'll set up a call between you and Funnel.io for setting up your Funnel.io account.

In the call with Funnel.io you will learn how to connect/import all your Ad platforms with Funnel.io in the Funnel.io User-Interface.

Where do you get the spend data from?

The spend and all other data we'd need to feed SPHERE with the right information are all integrated via your Funnel.io setup and the data sources you connected there. If one of your ad platforms is not connected in Funnel.io we can't consider them for the modelling and results are maybe inaccurate due to the missing data points.
