The login process is slightly different from the former login on the classic Adtriba UI.

Once you enter www.adtriba.app/accounts you need to register yourself.

You can either choose a 'classic' registration with email and password (this combination is not attached to the old UI hence your current credentials are not going to work on the new platform) or you can go for the Google Login, using your Google account login credentials.

The new login is delivered by Auth0 and is fully GDPR compliant.

After your successful registration the Adtriba support will receive an email requesting access to your respecting account.

Once the Adtriba support gives you the requested access (normally this takes less than 4 hours) you will get a notification via mail.

Go to www.adtriba.app/accounts again and choose your account to access the platform and reports.
